Where we ship

We ship from Kentucky to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, not including holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Standard: $8.00, typically 3–7 business days after shipping
Free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Express: $15.00, typically 2–3 business days after shipping

Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays can add time.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to reship it, and you may need to pay the new shipping cost.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
